Frequently Asked Questions


What is the hire period?

We do not charge per day. Instead we charge for a 'hire period' (maximum of 5 days).
We feel this offers you more flexibility as you do not have to rush to collect and return the equipment.
An example:
You want to hire Package 1 for Saturday night. Therefore you could collect on Thursday evening. Use the equipment on Saturday, then return the equipment back to us on Monday evening. The total cost would be £70.


Is it hard to setup and operate the equipment?
No, it is a piece of cake. When you come to collect the equipment we will go through the setup process and ensure that you are happy and that all of your questions have been answered. It really is very simple.

What can I use to play my music?
If it has a working headphone socket then it will work with our PA systems. We provide a lead that plugs into your 3.5mm headphone socket. We can also provide a different type of lead if your want to connect a DJ mixing desk to our systems.


Can we pay by cheque or card?
Sorry, we can only accept cash on collection.


Do you deliver?
Unfortunately no. You have to collect and return the equipment from us at B98 7QJ.

The venue is asking for PAT test certificates, do you have them?
Yes no problem. We can email you a copy of the PAT test certificates which you can then forward onto the venue.

Will the equipment fit in my car?
It all depends which package or combination of packages you go for.
We always recommend that you have an empty boot or space on your back seat.


What time can I collect and return the equipment?
We can arrange this closer to your booking date, but generally it will be from 7pm onwards during the week or before 9:30am on Saturday morning. Alternative arrangements can be made.
